Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 21 February 2014 at 10.52am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of ICEBOX INVESTMENTS LIMITED by order of the High Court at Auckland.

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 24 March 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the
above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
