Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of AIR EXTREME HVAC LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 14 February 2014 at 10.20am, when Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, by order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
