Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that ADVENTURE BUGGY COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 February 2014 to be put into liquidation.
Keith Vincent Harris and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 10 February 2014 at 10.05am.
