NEW YORK STEAK HOUSE LIMITED (1619735) - liquidator’s first report contains errors - 31 January 2013.
NGATI WHATUA ORAKEI WHAI RAWA LIMITED (678327) - incorrect date of appointment notified for N. G. Blair, J. P. K. Clark, R. G. M. Fenwick and M. P. Stiassny - 20 November 2012 and 21 November 2012 - the notice of resignations correcting the error will then be ineffective and will also be removed - 11 December 2012.
THE DRAFTING HOUSE LIMITED (1526151) - liquidator’s first report is incorrect and is to be replaced - 19 July 2012.
TRANZ PACIFIC SHIP MANAGEMENT LIMITED (835213) - end of receivership document uploaded twice, first upload which contained errors to be removed - 30 January 2013.
