Notice of Amalgamation
The directors of THT PROPERTIES LIMITED and ALFA MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED advise that on 6 January 2014, ALFA MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED will be amalgamated into THT PROPERTIES LIMITED.
A copy of the proposal is available for inspection by shareholders and creditors of ALFA MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED at its registered office at 208 Avenue Road East, Hastings.
Shareholders and creditors are entitled to a copy of the proposal free of charge upon request.
