Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal From
the Register by Transfer of Incorporation
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
PYNE GOULD CORPORATION LIMITED hereby gives notice that it intends, after 12 December 2013 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date this notice is published), to apply under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993 to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Guernsey.
A notice of meeting to vote on, and further information
in relation to, the transfer of incorporation will be sent to shareholders shortly.
