Section 124(6) of the Building Societies Act 1965
Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Building Societies has, pursuant to section 29(2) of the Building Societies Act 1965, cancelled the registration of
BENCH MARK GLOBAL BUILDING SOCIETY 2573121.
The reason for the cancellation is that the building society has not provided to the Registrar, within the required time period, evidence that the society's shares have been issued and paid for by the members.
