Pursuant to Section 239ADY of the Companies Act 1993 and Clause 3.2 of the Deed of Company Arrangement
Notice is hereby given that SIGNOPSYS ELECTRONIC SIGNS LIMITED did on 17 September 2013 execute a deed of company arrangement and that I, Bryan Edward Williams, was appointed the deed administrator.
A creditor having an admissible claim in the affairs of the company must file their claim with the deed administrator in the prescribed form by 1 October 2013.
