Section 124(6) of the Building Societies Act 1965
Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Building Societies has, pursuant to section 124 of the Building Societies Act 1965 and having obtained the consent of the Minister of Commerce, cancelled the registration of
HASTINGS BUILDING SOCIETY (1780996)
on the grounds that it has ceased to exist following completion of administrative matters that remained after it ceased trading on 1 October 2010 when it transferred its engagements to the Southland Building Society.
