Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
The boards of NORTHERN DHB SUPPORT AGENCY LIMITED and NORTHERN REGIONAL TRAINING HUB LIMITED hereby give notice that the companies propose to amalgamate and continue as one company
under the name NORTHERN DHB SUPPORT AGENCY LIMITED.
On the amalgamation becoming effective, the amalgamated company will change its name from NORTHERN
DHB SUPPORT AGENCY LIMITED to NORTHERN REGIONAL ALLIANCE LIMITED.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under any obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies and such other places as may be specified during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge a copy of the amalgamation proposal on request to an amalgamating company.
