Notice of Watershed Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of GOURMETNZ LIMITED (administrator appointed) will be held at 181 Cuba Street, Wellington, on 20 February 2013 commencing at 11.30am.
The purpose of the meeting is:
(a) to consider the report of the administrator; and
(b) to determine:
(i) whether to execute a deed of company arrangement;
(ii) whether to bring the administration to an end; or
(iii) whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
