Notice of Meetings of Creditors and Shareholders
Pursuant to Section 291 of the Companies Act 1955
Notice is given that meetings of creditors and shareholders will be held in the Board Room, 7th Floor, Southern Cross Building, corner of High and Victoria Streets, Auckland, on Friday 22 February 2013, commencing at 10.00am.
Business
The business to be transacted at the meetings is to:
1. Consider the account of the winding up of the company prepared by the liquidator.
2. Consider any resolutions relating to the business of the company as may properly be put to the meetings.
