Notice of Watershed Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting
of HAVERSTOCK SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED (administrator appointed) will be held at
248A Marua Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland, on 12 August 2013 commencing at 11.00am.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
(a) consider the report of the administrator.
(b) determine whether:
(i) to adjourn the meeting to a later date;
(ii) to execute a deed of company arrangement;
(iii) to bring the administration to an end; or
(iv) the company should be placed into liquidation.
