Notice of Creditors' Meeting
Notice is given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is to be held on Wednesday 31 July 2013 at 10.00am at 108 Rockfield Road, Penrose, Auckland.
Agenda
1. Discuss the affairs of the company including the liquidators' first report.
2. Confirm the appointment of the liquidator, or otherwise.
3. Determine whether to appoint a committee of creditors, and, if so, who are to be the committee members.
4. General business.
