Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to consider:
(a) an explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment;
(b) confirmation of the current liquidator or appointment of another in his place;
(c) appointment of a creditors committee;
(d) to receive the views of creditors; and
(e) general business.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, 18 July 2013 at 10.00am, The Board Room, Steeple Conference Centre, Kingsgate Hotel, 110 Fitzherbert Avenue, Palmerston North.
