Notice of Watershed Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of CARIBBEAN COFFEE HOUSE LIMITED (administrator appointed) will be held at the business premises of Caribbean Restaurant Bar and Grill, 181 Cuba Street, Wellington, on 23 January 2013 commencing at 11.00am.
The purpose of the meeting is:
(a) to consider the report of the administrator; and
(b) to determine:
(i) whether to execute a deed of company arrangement;
(ii) whether to bring the administration to an end; or
(iii) whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
