Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of COMMAND SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at 10.00am on 9 May 2013 at the offices of DLA Phillips Fox, Tower Building, Level 5, 50-64 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
The meeting will consider various matters including confirming the appointment of liquidators pursuant to section 243(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
For voting purposes, creditors’ claims and proxies must be lodged with the liquidators by 8 May 2013.
Postal votes must be lodged by 5.00pm on 8 May 2013.
