Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of
IT COORDINATING SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at 2/34 Dacre Street, Newton, Auckland, on Thursday 28 March 2013, commencing at 1.30pm.
The business of the meeting is to:
(a) consider the liquidator's report on the proceeding of the liquidation;
(b) receive the views of the creditors in regard to the company's affairs;
(c) confirm the appointment of Bryan Edward Williams as liquidator of the company or to appoint another liquidator or liquidators in his place; and
(d) consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members of that committee.
