Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
We, Brian Mayo-Smith and Andrew James Bethell, of BDO Auckland, and Stephen John Tubbs, of BDO Christchurch, all chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of each of the companies on 28 February 2013 by special resolutions of the shareholders in accordance
with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 and with approval of the High Court.
A meeting of creditors will be held at the Newmarket
Room on the ground floor of the Ellerslie Stand at the Ellerslie Event Centre, 80 Ascot Avenue, Remuera, Auckland, on Wednesday 3 April 2013, commencing at 2.30pm.
Registration for all creditors will open at 12.30pm with the meeting commencing at 2.30pm.
Please register early.
Any creditors of one or more of the companies who have not received the creditors' information pack, are to please contact the liquidators at the address below as soon as possible and submit the required claim and voting forms by the times and dates prescribed in such forms.
