The owner of land adjoining the bank of the Waihi River in the District of Timaru has applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Waihi River under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their name.

Description of Land Applied for: 1.9950 hectares, more or less, shown on LT 422512, being part of the former bed of the Waihi River adjoining Lot 13 DP 6165 comprised in Computer Freehold Register CB406/152 in the District of Timaru.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 23 April 2013.
