Description of Land Applied for: 7580 square metres, more or less, shown as Lot 2 LT 450267, being part of the former bed of the Waitangi Stream adjoining Lot 3 Deeds Plan 240, comprised in Computer Freehold Register HB54/48 in the City
of Napier.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 28 February 2014.
