Land Applied for: 108 square metres, more or less; shown on LT 459088, being part of the former old Wairau Creek Bed adjoining Lot 3 DP 41302 (comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 552219 and NA57A/1019).
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a title for it in the names of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 7 January 2014.
