Land Information New Zealand under LT 460559, being part Allotment 139 Parish of Mahurangi which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 1B, folio 258, such land being part of the land granted to William Cox under Crown Grant 517B on 4 April 1859 and subsequently conveyed by Deeds of Conveyance 420376 (dated 1 September 1971); 420425 (dated 16 March 1979) and 420429 (dated 1 July 1981), to Michael Ross Clayden, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
