I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 1700 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Canterbury Land District under LT 443490, being Part RS4454 which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index C4454 such land being part of the land granted to Harry Bell Johnstone under Crown Grant 37196 on 4 August 1862 and recorded in 58D/315 and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 5632 and recorded in Deeds Index 12D/758 to William Gilkinson on 8 November 1862, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
