Land Transfer Act Notice

An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 14 February 2013, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.
Application: 9247177.1.
Applicant: David & Jonathan Brownrigg Limited, c/o Hansen Bate Limited, PO Box 235, Hastings 4156 (Attention: James Drysdale).
Easement: Right of way created by Transfer 47059 registered on 29 February 1928 in favour of Helen Ralston Couper, her executors and administrators, while she or they is or are registered proprietors of the land adjoining Computer Freehold Registers 167915, HBV3/409-HBV3/415.
Circumstances: The right of way has now lapsed and is totally extinguished as the executors appear not to own any land adjoining the original Lot 5 DP 4050 Computer Freehold Register HB35/116.
