Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, William Malcolm Naik, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Rangitikei District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN31B/394 Wellington Land Registry and subject to Mortgage 5793698.2.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3), declares the road described in the Third Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN31B/395 Wellington Land Registry and subject to Mortgage 5397977.3.
(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto be severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN31B/394 Wellington Land Registry and subject to Mortgage 5793698.2.
(e) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto be severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN31B/395 Wellington Land Registry and subject to Mortgage 5397977.3.
