Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 28th day of November 2012 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 December 2012, No. 147, page 4307, by deleting clause (d) in the preamble to that notice and replacing it with the following clause:
"(d) Covenants to restrict spraying are hereby acquired over the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice on the terms and conditions described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice;"
and deleting the Fifth Schedule to that notice and replacing it with the following:
"Fifth Schedule
Covenants to be Acquired
(a) A covenant to restrict spraying over those parts
of Allotment 56 Waioeka Parish (part Computer Freehold Register GS5A/1103 (limited as to parcels)); marked "H" and "I" on SO 441730, in favour of Section 1 SO 441730;
(b) A covenant to restrict spraying over that part of
Lot 4 DP 5093 (part Computer Freehold Register GS1A/443); marked "G" on SO 441730, in favour of Section 2 SO 441730."
