Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Auckland Council at its meeting held on 4 July 2013, declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve pursuant to section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
