Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the North Shore City Council at its meeting held on 17 January 2010, declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a recreation reserve pursuant to section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
