A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011, I, Lieutenant General, The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land and interests described in the Schedule to be taken for the purposes of Bus Interchange - Christchurch City, subject to a right of way over part of the land in Application 11082 and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
