Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication of this notice
in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette subject to:
(i) An easement for stormwater purposes over that area marked "C" on SO 458960 as contained in Easement Certificate D647425.4.
(ii) An easement for light and air over that area
marked "A" on SO 458960 as contained in Easement Certificate D659362.3.
