Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice headed Land Set Apart for a Public School Site-Jacobs River, Westland District, dated the 15th day of August 2013 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 September 2013, No. 130, page 3631, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Land Set Apart for a Public School Site-Jacobs River, Westland District
Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to
be set apart for a public school site and to be vested in
Her Majesty The Queen on the date of publication hereof
in the New Zealand Gazette.
