Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Director, Conservation Partnerships, Department of Conservation, Auckland, appoints Camp Bentzon (Kawau Island) Trust to control and manage the Government purpose (education) reserve described in the Schedule, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
