Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council, following a resolution dated 25 May 2011, hereby gives notice that all such land described in the Schedules are classified as reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice as reserve for recreation purposes;
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977;
(c) The land described in the Third Schedule to this notice as local purpose (car park) reserve;
(d) The land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice as a historic reserve; and
(e) The land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
