Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the Wellington District of the Lower North Island Region of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Wellington Regional Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule; classifies the reserve as a recreation reserve, and vests
the reserve in the Upper Hutt City Council, subject to the provisions of the Act.
