Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Central Otago District, Department of Conservation, appoints Styx Community Incorporated to control and manage the Paerau Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule for recreation purposes for a term of 10 years from 4 October 2013.
