to this notice to be vested and amalgamated with the
land in Computer Freehold Register CB8A/765, subject to
Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Easement Instruments 8526808.1 and 8526808.2, and Mortgage 8213970.3, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
