to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the North Canterbury District of the Department of Conservation changes
the classification of that part of the reserve described
in the Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
