Pursuant to sections 14 and 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the North Shore City Council at its meeting
on 27 January 2010, declaring that the land described in
the Schedule hereto be classified as a recreation reserve pursuant to section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
