Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Service Centre, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977
and further declares that the said reserve be known as
Te Wai-o-Koroiko Scenic Reserve.
