Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 28, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the right of way easement described in the First Schedule to this notice is taken by
the Hauraki District Council over the land described in the Second Schedule;
(b) Pursuant to section 52(4), the portion of land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is set apart for utility purposes and remains vested in the Hauraki District Council
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
