Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 22nd day of August 2013, hereby classifies
the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule for recreation reserve purposes to form part of Barrett Domain Recreation Reserve.
