Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 22nd day of August 2013, hereby classifies the local purpose reserve (recreation) described in the Schedule for local purpose (recreation) reserve purposes to form part of Barrett Domain Recreation Reserve.
