Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a water reservoir and shall remain vested in the Hutt City Council, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and to an electricity generation and transmission easement in gross created by Easement Instrument 9192765.2, on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.
