Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Rotorua District Council, excluding those mineral interests reserved by section 206 of the Land Act 1924, section 15(2) of the Land Laws Amendment Act 1926 and section 59 of the Land Act 1948, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
