Under section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hastings District Council, acting under a delegation dated 12 June 2013 from the Minister of Conservation, authorises the exchange of the area of local purpose (drainage) reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in
the Second Schedule, which is to be held as local purpose (drainage) reserve. The land in the First Schedule shall become fee simple land.
