Pursuant to section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Pollard, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance, subject to Gazette Notices H160245, H189758 and B499336.1, Notice B499336.2, Encumbrance B406416.5, Consent Notice 5386764.2, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986,
and shall remain vested in the Taupo District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
