Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register CB6A/1139, subject to all encumbrances.
(b) Declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 199997, subject to all encumbrances.
