Under section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (as saved by section 41 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011), the Minister of Conservation vests the fee simple estate of the land described in the
First Schedule to this notice in the Tauranga City Council, subject to an easement for the right to drain water and the right to drain sewage over the areas marked "A" and "B" on DP 389860 on the terms set out in the Second Schedule to this notice.
