Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a church and urupa, to be known as Parirau e Wha Reservation for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the original trustees in whom the land was previously vested and the Maori community of Parirau.
